By accessing or using Markli ("the Service"), operated by Markli ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Markli is an AI-powered marketing platform. When you sign up and create a project, the platform:
All content generation is powered by AI (Anthropic's Claude). The AI makes decisions and writes content based on your brand agent's persona, but you are always in control — you can review, edit, and approve everything before it goes live.
You must create an account to use the Service. You can register with email/password or sign in with Google. You must be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for everything that happens under your account.
The Service offers a base subscription with optional add-on tools, billed monthly through Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew unless you cancel before the next billing cycle.
All plans include a 14-day free trial. You won't be charged during the trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you won't be charged at all.
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you're not satisfied, contact us at hi@markli.ai within 14 days of payment. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice — changes take effect at your next billing cycle, not retroactively.
The Service uses AI to generate marketing content, strategies, and recommendations. This content is generated specifically for your brand using your brand agent's persona.

You own everything:
We do not claim any ownership over your content. We only process your data to provide the Service. We do not use your content to train AI models, sell to third parties, or use it for any purpose other than delivering the Service to you.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any URLs, images, or data you provide.
If you use our hosted blog, we host and serve your blog content on your custom domain or on a markli.blog subdomain. You are responsible for the content published on your blog.
We reserve the right to remove content that violates applicable laws (e.g. hate speech, illegal material). If you cancel your account, blog content stays live for 30 days (so you have time to migrate), then it's permanently deleted.
When you connect social media accounts (Twitter/X, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) or publishing platforms (WordPress, Medium), you authorize us to post content on your behalf. You can disconnect any platform at any time. When you disconnect, we delete the stored access tokens.
We are not responsible for changes to third-party platform APIs, terms of service, or policies. If a platform suspends your account due to content posted through Markli, that is between you and that platform.
Every user gets a unique referral link. When someone signs up through your link and starts a paid plan, you earn 20% of their subscription payments for as long as they remain a customer. Commissions are paid via Stripe Connect.
Self-referrals, fake accounts, and gaming the system are prohibited. We reserve the right to withhold commissions for fraudulent activity or terminate accounts that abuse the program.
Markli is a tool. We do our best to make it work well, but:
You can cancel your account anytime from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. When your account is terminated:
We may update these terms. For material changes, we'll email you at least 14 days before they take effect. If you disagree with the changes, you can cancel before they apply.
If you have a dispute with us, contact us first at hi@markli.ai — we'll try to resolve it directly. If we can't resolve it, disputes will be handled under the laws of the jurisdiction where Markli is incorporated, in the courts of that jurisdiction.
